The rich connotation of China's outstanding traditional culture provides valuable resources for higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education,and plays a very important role in helping young students shape their personality and enhance their quality.The results of the study shows that to promote all-round development by changing educational concepts,strengthen the top-level design and comprehensive system planning,build a long-term mechanism to form a joint effort,strengthen the teaching staff to improve their comprehensive quality,link online with offline resources to coordinate all kinds of resources are ways to find the convergence point of integrating China's outstanding traditional culture into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and are helpful to improve the efficiency of educating people.
