In the context of the digital era,online ideological and political education has gradually become an important component of universities'complementation of the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and nurturing talents".As an important pillar of online ideological and political education,college counselors have enough experience in student work and a firm awareness of education.Despite having unique expertise in ideological and political education,the group of counselors still faces some problems in practical work.In this regard,universities need to improve the employment mechanism of counselors urgently,establish a better assessment system and strengthen ideological and political course training to ensure that counselors give full play to their advantages in online ideological and political work.
