Research and Practice on The Talent Training System of"Vocational Ability,Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ability as Specification,Mechanism,Task,Project And Characteristic as Drivers"in Higher Vocational College
The project-based management of work tasks is the basic work of administrative management in colleges and universities.In order to implement projectization management,we should combine project declaration with administrative management,combine primary tasks with development strategies,and combine task integration with project optimization.The talent training system regards the students'vocational ability as core training target,innovation and entrepreneurial ability as training specification.Our college categorizes teaching management into four types,including mechanism,task,project and characteristic and takesthem as administrative impetus.The colleges'management level and efficiency have been greatly improved after implementing this system for several years by improving the management team's perspective and executive ability.
