目的:选用黄松甸赤芝芽为样品,与其子实体和孢子粉进行多指标的比较分析,为后续开发利用提供参考。方法:参考《中国药典》2020版,进行外观、薄层色谱鉴定,水分、灰分、重金属检查及主要活性成分的含量测定。结果:灵芝芽与灵芝对照药材的薄层色谱结果一致;重金属中铅含量为0。1 mg/kg,镉含量为0。07 mg/kg,砷含量为0。2 mg/kg,汞含量为0。1 mg/kg,铜含量为19 mg/kg;新鲜灵芝芽含水量为81。31±0。05%,干燥后为12。29±2。47%;灰分检查为1。42±0。02%;主要活性成分的多糖含量为1。42±0。03%,三萜为2。83±0。32%,可溶性蛋白为4。45±0。16 mg/g。结论:灵芝芽的多糖和蛋白质含量比灵芝子实体和孢子粉的含量高,实验结果有助于推动灵芝产业的可持续发展。
Study on the Analysis of Chemical Composition of Ganoderma lucidum Buds
Objective:The Ganoderma lucidum bud(GLB)of Huangsongdian was selected as sample for comparative analysis with the fruit body and spore powder in multiple indexes,which provided reference for further development and utilization.Methods:According to the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,appearance,thin-layer chromatographic identification(TLC),moisture,ash,heavy metal check and content determination of the main active components were performed.The TLC results of GLB and Ganoderma lucidum control medicinal materials were consistent;the heavy metal contents were 0.1 mg/kg for Pb,0.07 mg/kg for Cd,0.2 mg/kg for As,0.1 mg/kg for Hg,19 mg/kg for Cu;the moisture content of fresh GLB was 81.31±0.05%,and after drying it was 12.29±2.47%;the ash check was 1.42±0.02%;The main active components polysaccharides content was 1.42±0.03%,triterpenoids content was 2.83±0.32%,soluble protein content was 4.45±0.16 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion:GLB polysaccharide and protein were higher than Ganoderma lucidum fruit body and spore powder,and the experimental results help to promote the sustainable development of the Ganoderma lucidum industry.
