摘要

采用正交设计法对磷酸铵镁(MAP)的生成进行了研究.方差分析结果表明:在MAP晶体的形成过程中,溶液的pH值、初始P浓度(C0),以及二者的交互作用是MAP形成的显著性因素,对MAP的形成起决定性作用.依据各因素K值的大小,确定了 MAP生成工艺的最优方案为A3B3C3D2E1F2.在最优方案条件下,制备获得2.241 g MAP晶体.SEM扫描谱图显示:沉淀物的主要成分为磷酸铵镁晶体.

Abstract

The orthogonal design method was used to study the formation of magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP)crystal.The results of variance analysis showed that the pH value of solution,initial P concentration(Co),and its interaction are the significant factors for the formation of MAP crystal,which play the decisive roles in these process.According to the K values of factors,the optimal formation process of MAP was determined as A3B3C3D2E1F2.And under the optimal condition,2.241 g MAP crystal was prepared.The SEM analyses showed that the composition of the precipitate was mainly magnesium ammonium phosphate.
