摘要
"125"发展战略是新时期高职教师区域适应性发展的制度安排与理念遵循.在分析高职教师的区域适应性发展的实践、高职教师发展现状审思基础上,提出了"125"发展战略下高职教师的借势发展、高职教师区域适应性发展的五种关键能力,以及高职教师区域适应性发展的组织支持策略.
Abstract
The"125"development strategy(one strategic objective,two strategic tasks,and five strategic priorities)is the institutional arrangement and conceptual guidance for the regional adaptive development of vocational college teachers in the new era.On the basis of analyzing the vocational college teachers'practice of regional adaptability development and reflection on their current development status,this paper proposed five key abilities for the development under the"125"development strategy,including borrowing opportunities for development and regional adaptability development of vocational college teachers,and also the organizational support for the development.
