Residual of Organochlorine Pesticides in Forsythia suspensa Vahl and Other Two Kinds of Chinese Medicinal Materials
Residuals of organochlorine pesticides in Forsythia susp ensa Vahl, Tribulus terrestris L. and Adenophora tetraphylla (Thunb.) Fisch were studied by gas chromatography. The pesticides were extracted by acetone, separa ted by sodium chlorine, distributed by CH2Cl2, purified by concentrated sulp huri c acid and detected by GC-ECD. Internal standard method is adopted with HEPCL O as the internal standard. The minimum detection concentration was 5.0×10 -4?μg/mL~25 ×10-5μg/mL.The recovery is 81.55%~105.25%,the accuracy was 0.016% ~3.32%. Organochlorine pesticides were detected in all of these 3 plant materials, but the amount did not exceed the standard of organochlorine pesticides residual MRL in gingsen set in GB/T 15517.1-1995.
