白化型蛹虫草活性成分分析及抗氧化活性测定

对白化型蛹虫草的活性成分及水提物抗氧化活性进行测定,研究了白化型蛹虫草与野生型蛹虫草活性成分差异和潜在的食药用价值。结果表明:白化型蛹虫草色素类物质中黄酮含量较野生型蛹虫草高28。19%,总类胡萝卜素和北虫草黄素的含量极低;虫草素、虫草酸、可溶性蛋白含量与野生型蛹虫草没有显著性差异,白化型蛹虫草多糖含量较野生型蛹虫草低13。78%。白化型蛹虫草水提物的总还原力、羟基自由基清除率、ABTS自由基清除率、DPPH自由基清除率、超氧阴离子清除率均显著高于野生型蛹虫草(P<0。01)。这说明白化型蛹虫草比野生型蛹虫草具有更强的抗氧化能力。
Analysis of Active Components and Antioxidant Activity of Albino Cordyceps militaris
The active components of albino Cordyceps militaris and the antioxidant activity of water extract were tested to study the difference between the active components of albino Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps militaris and its potential edible and medicinal value.The results showed that the content of flavonoids in pigmented matter was 28.19% higher than Cordyceps militaris,and the content of carotenoids and cordyxanthins could not be detected.The content of cordycepin,cordycepic acid and soluble protein had no significant difference compared with Cordyceps militaris,the polysaccharide content of albino Cordyceps militaris was 13.78% lower than Cordyceps militaris.Total reduction force,hydroxyl radical scavenging rate,ABTS free radical scavenging rate,DPPH free radical scavenging rate and superoxide anion scavenging rate were significantly higher than Cordyceps militaris (P<0.01).The antioxidant activity of albino Cordyceps militaris was higher than Cordyceps militaris.
