Optimization of Extracts from Lysurus mokusin Using Response Surface Methodology and Their Toxicity Test
Lysurus mokusin crude extract (LMCE) from Lysurus mokusin by ultrasonic method was used as an index in this test. The effects of different ultrasonic time, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio on extracting rate of LMCE were investigated by single factor experiment, then the three factors, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio, were chosen to determine the optimum process parameters in the response surface test. The results showed that under the conditions of 80 min of ultrasonic time,60% ethanol and 1 ∶ 80(g ∶ mL) of solid-liquid ratio, the extraction rate of LMCE was the highest (31.21%).The effects of LMCE on gypsy moth larvae were studied. The results showed that the adjusted mortality for the larvae of gypsy moth larvae was 59.77%.
