Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Fungi against Fusarium graminearum,a Pathogen of Corn Stalk Rot
Screening and identification of antagonistic strains against Fusarium graminearum, the main dominant pathogen of corn stalk rot in Jilin province, lays the foundation for the development of biocontrol agents for corn stalk rot.The experimental results are as follows:685 strains were isolated from 300 parts of soil, and 212 strains with good growth potential were selected to conduct a plate-to-plate test with Fusarium graminearum, and 5 antagonistic strains with better antagonistic effect were selected.Five strains were tested for bacteriostasis.Among them, the bacteriostasis rate of M-43 strain was 75.71%,and the bacteriostasis rate was the highest.M-43 fungus strain was selected for subsequent experimental research.Based on morphological microscopy and ITS sequence analysis, strain M-43 was identified as Talaromyces pinophilus, and this species was a new record species in Jilin province.
