Effects of N,P and K Combined Application on Yield and Quality of Epimedium koreanum
To explore the optimal application rate of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)in the cultivation of Epimedium koreanum, and to provide theoretical basis for the rational fertiliza-tion for E.koreanum.the D-saturation optimal design was adopted to establish a regression model be-tween the yield of E.koreanum leaves and the application of N,P and K.The effects of N,P dand K application on the yield leaves and icariin and total flavonoids of Epimedium koreanum were studied in combination with frequency distribution of factors. The contribution of phosphorus fertilizer to the yield was the largest in the flowering stage and the early fruit stage; The contribution of nitrogen fer-tilizer was the largest in the ripening stage; The contribution of potassium fertilizer was the largest in the green leaf stage. The results of the frequency analysis showed that the optimal fertilizer applica-tion of N,P2O5 and K2O were 12.89-17.30 kg/667m2,16.45-19.90 kg/667m2 and 17.24-20.82 kg/667m2 for the target leaves yield over 1 g per plant and confidence interval of 95%,respectively.Those were 6.46-15.80 kg/667m2,8.88-17.26 kg/667m2 and 9.35-19.25 kg/667m2 for the icariin content over 1%and confidence interval of 95%,and 12.83-18.57 kg/667m2,12.85-18.32 kg/667m2 and 16.78-21.01 kg/667m2 for the total flavonoid content over 20%and confidence interval of 95%,respectively.Reasonable application of N,P and K can not only improve leaf yield, but also play an important role in ensuring the quality of E.koreanum.Comprehensively taking into account the ef-fects of N,P and K application on the yield and quality of E.koreanum,we can conclude that the op-timal fertilization rates for high-quality production of E.koreanum are N 12.89-15.80 kg/667m2,P2O516.45-17.26 kg/667m2,and K2O 17.24-19.25 kg/667m2,respectively,and the optimal fertilization ratio of N∶P2O5∶K2O is 1∶(1.04-1.34)∶(1.34-1.49).
