Application of Compound Microbial Agent in Improvement of Soda Saline-alkali Soil
To explore the effects of compound bacteria on the improvement of saline-alkali soil,Oli-gotrophomonas and Agrobacterium with salt-resistant and alkali-resistant nitrogen-fixed bacteria were isolated and screened out for scientific and reasonable combination with existing phosphorus-soluble bacteria and cellulose-degrading bacteria in laboratory.Soil physicochemical properties, rice mor-phology,and physiological indexes were determined by pot experiment of rice. The results showed that there were significant differences among all different treatments and the control(untreated saline-alkali soil)(P<0.05).The soil pH value of compound bacterial fertilizer group decreased by 0.92 units, and the electrical conductivity of compound bacterial agent group decreased by 27.0%.The contents of organic matter, available phosphorus and other nutrients in the compound bacteria biochar group were significantly increased, and the content of HCO3-decreased by about 54.1%.The plant height, root length, fresh weight and dry weight of the compound bacteria biochar group were in-creased by 391.5%,215.5%,1 203.8%and 1 235.7%respectively compared to the control group. The SPAD,soluble protein,SOD,and root activity in rice were increased by 262.6%,138.3%,269.8%,298.7%,respectively,and MDA in the compound bacteria biochar group was decreased by 35.6%.In general, the compound bacterial agent developed in the laboratory has a certain improve-ment effect on soda saline-alkali soil, which is better than the bacterial agent sold in the market. The combined application of bacterial agent with biochar has the most significant effect, providing techni-cal support for the repair and improvement of soda saline-alkali soil.
