摘要

槐糖脂是糖脂类生物表面活性剂,因其具有良好的表面活性和稳定性,且某些结构槐糖脂具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤等生物活性,且具有低毒、生物相容性好、可生物降解等优良特性,使其在很多领域具有重要的研究价值和应用潜力.探讨槐糖脂的生产菌株及其产物特点,并对槐糖脂高产菌株Starmerella bombicola在提高其基质转化得率和改善其产物多样性遗传改造方面的研究进展进行综述,包括传统育种和代谢育种的研究进展.在此基础上,对Starmerella bombicola进一步改造的思路和想法进行展望.

Abstract

As a type of glycolipid biosurfactant,sophorolipids have good surface activity and stabil-ity.In particular,sophorolipids with certain structures exhibit biological activities such as antibacte-rial,anti-inflammatory,and antitumor activities while possessing excellent characteristics such as low toxicity,good biocompatibility,and biodegradability,demonstrating important research value and application potential in multiple fields.Herein,the production strains and their product characteris-tics of sophorolipids were discussed,and the research progress of high-yield strain Starmerella bom-bicola in improving its substrate conversion rate and product diversity through genetic modification was reviewed,including traditional breeding and genetic engineering breeding.On this basis,pros-pects were made for further transformation of Starmerella bombicola.
