鹿油的精制及其在保湿化妆品中的应用

采用超临界CO2萃取技术,通过单因素与正交试验研究了鹿油的精制工艺及理化性质,同时以精制鹿油为原料制作了鹿油保湿护手霜。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取技术精制鹿油的最佳工艺为萃取压力25 MPa,萃取时间60 min,萃取温度40 ℃,该条件下鹿油的精制率为82。56%;精制后的鹿油酸值和碘值较低,含有13种脂肪酸及16种氨基酸,其中饱和脂肪酸与不饱和脂肪酸相对含量分别为61。78%,36。04%,氨基酸相对总含量为54。737 mg/100g;以精制鹿油为原料制备的鹿油保湿护手霜保湿性较好,24 h后的保湿率为72。15%,此研究结果为鹿油的精制与资源综合利用提供了理论依据。
Refining of Deer Oil and Its Application in Moisturizing Cosmetics
The refining technology and physical and chemical properties of deer oil were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments,with supercritical CO2 extraction technology.Meanwhile,deer oil moisturizing hand cream was prepared,with refined deer oil as raw material.The studies showed that the optimum supercritical CO2 refining technological conditions were:extraction pres-sure 25 MPa,extraction time 60 min,and extraction temperature 40 ℃.Under these conditions,the refining rate of deer oil was 82.56%.The acid value and iodine value of refined deer oil were lower.The refined deer oil contained 13 kinds of fatty acids and 16 kinds of amino acids.And among them,the relative content of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were 61.78%and 36.04%,re-spectively.The relative total content of amino acids was 54.737 mg/100 g.The deer oil moisturizing hand cream prepared from refined deer oil had good moisturizing property,and the moistuiizing rate after 24 hours was 72.15%.This study provides a theoretical basis for refining of deer oil and compre-hensive utilization of resources.
