摘要
固有淋巴样细胞(ILCs)是近年来新发现的免疫细胞群,根据其转录因子的表达差异以及分泌细胞因子的不同可以分为多种亚群.过去10年来对ILCs的发现以及研究改变了对免疫调节的看法,特别是ILCs在维持组织稳态过程中发挥重要作用,但对于ILCs在不同物种中的研究还处在起步阶段.对ILCs的亚群的详细分类以及在不同物种中的研究进展进行综述,有助于进一步理解ILCs的生物学特性.
Abstract
Inherent lymphoid cells(ILCs)are a newly discovered immune cell population in recent years,which can be divided into multiple subgroups according to the differential expression of their transcription factors and secreted cytokines.The discovery and studies of ILCs in the past decade have changed our view of immune regulation,especially the important role that ILCs play in main-taining tissue homeostasis.However,research on ILCs in different species is still in its infancy.This review of the classification of ILCs and its research progress in different species will help to further understand the biological characteristics of ILCs.
