Preparation and Sustained-release Properties of Magnetic Gano-derma Lucidum Spores
Using natural polymer material Ganoderma lucidum spores(GLS)as the template, after treatment with acetone degreasing, potassium hydroxide solution and orthophosphoric acid solution,it was found that the pores in the outer wall of GLS become more and larger. From the SEM images,it was observed that the inner wall was flat and smooth, and formed internal and external channels.Then,Fe3O4 nanoparticles were deposited by chemical coprecipitation method, and the prepared MGLS was analyzed by a series of characterization methods. The in vitro release process of MGLS loaded with Rhodamine B(RhB)was investigated. It was found that at 6,24 and 48 hours of testing, the cumulative release reached 47.3%,88.4%and 92.3%,respectively.The results show that MGLS,as a drug delivery carrier, has a significant sustained-release effect on RhB.
