纳豆芽孢杆菌对白芨主要营养成分及活性物质的影响

以纳豆芽孢杆菌和白芨为试材,采用理化检测和代谢组学技术研究了使用纳豆芽孢杆菌对白芨主要品质和活性代谢物的影响.结果表明:纳豆芽孢杆菌可以促进白芨块茎淀粉、蛋白和多糖的积累,提高白芨4种氨基酸和3种微量元素含量.纳豆芽孢杆菌能促进6种联苄类化合物、4种二氢菲及菲类化合物和8种黄酮类活性物质积累.纳豆芽孢杆菌可缓解重金属污染,降解农药残留.
Effects of Bacillus natto on the Main Nutrients and Active Components of Bletilla striata
Using Bacillus natto and Bletilla striata as experimental materials,the effects of Bacillus natto on the main quality and active metabolites of Bletilla striata were studied by physicochemical detection and metabolomics techniques.The results showed that Bacillus natto could promote the accumulation of starch,protein and polysaccharide,increase the contents of 4 amino acids and 3 trace elements in Bletilla striata.Bacillus natto could promote the accumulation of 6 bibenzyl compounds,4 dihydrophenanthrene and phenanthrene compounds,8 flavonoids active substances.Bacillus natto can relieve heavy-metal pollution and degrade pesticide residues.
