鹿筋胶原蛋白提取工艺优化研究

以梅花鹿鹿筋为试材,采用单因素试验和正交试验优化鹿筋胶原蛋白的提取工艺,经过试验获得最佳工艺条件为A1B2C2D2,即醋酸浓度为0.5mol/L,料液比为1∶40g/mL,浸泡时间为30h,胃蛋白酶与底物比例为1∶700,在此工艺条件下,鹿筋胶原蛋白回收率可达59%.
Study on Optimization of Collagen Extraction Technology of Deer Sinews
Sika deer sinews were used as raw materials,single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the collagen extraction process of deer sinews.The optimal process conditions were A1B2C2D2,acetic acid concentration was 0.50 mol/L,solid to liquid ratio was 1∶40 g/mL,soaking time was 30 hours,and the ratio of trypsin to substrate was 1∶700.Under this process condition,the recovery rate of collagen in deer sinews could reach 59%.
