To consolidate poverty alleviation and achieve rural revitalization by increasing production and quality,as well as increasing income and wealth,it is necessary to rely on a high-quality group of farmers as support.And the farmer group needs to use practical talents in rural areas as demonstration and guidance,in order to use their knowledge and skill advantages to promote industrial revitalization,cultural revitalization,environmental revitalization,and organizational revitalization,and ultimately to achieve rural revitalization.At this stage,the number and quality of our country's rural practical talent team cannot meet the overall requirements of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.It needs to promote the transformation of farmers to practical talents from the concept,environment,system,education and other aspects,so as to make up for the talent gap caused by factors such as the outflow of young adult labor force,and then to truly realize rural revitalization with talents.
