Under the background of financial media,this paper aims to analyze the users'demand for digital archive use,and explores the way to improve the efficiency of digital archive service.By means of literature sorting,questionnaire survey and summary,the current situation of digital archive service is sorted out.The user decision process model and the perception model tool are used to analyze the needs of archive users and the characteristics of the needs.According to the demand characteristics of the three types of users of digital archives,this paper gives relevant suggestions on the supply-side reform of digital archive service.
