The proposal of the"Belt and Road"initiative has not only promoted the economic development of China and surrounding countries,but also created a lot of opportunities for Chinese college students to find jobs and start businesses.In order to maximize the overall value of the"Belt and Road"initiative and fundamentally ease the problem of college students'entrepreneurship and employment,it is necessary to carry out a new round of exploration and research on college students'employment and entrepreneurship development strategies in combination with the development characteristics of the new era.The article discusses what new opportunities the"Belt and Road"initiative has brought to college students'employment and entrepreneurship,the necessity of broadening the path of college students'employment and entrepreneurship in the new era,and relevant practice paths.It is hoped that the views and suggestions in the article can provide valuable references for the development of college students'employment and entrepreneurship in China.
