Research on Employability of Xinjiang College Students in Food Discipline in Jilin Province——Based on the Background of Popularization of Higher Education
Under the background of popularization of higher education,more and more Xinjiang students are studying in colleges and universities in Jilin Province,and especially the number of Xinjiang students enrolled in food discipline is increasing year by year.By investigation on Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University and peer colleges,found many problems in the employment and training of Xinjiang students majoring in food discipline,such as short teaching time of employability,weak teaching staff,lack of systematic and targeted employability,and so on.Therefore,this paper conducts in-depth and systematic research on Xinjiang students'employability,puts forward effective schemes for the employability plan of Xinjiang college students.
