With the development and practice of education and teaching reform in colleges and universities,in order to meet the development needs of"Internet+education"and new medical professional reform,classroom teaching should integrate the ideological and political education,take traditional offline courses as the foothold and the discipline basic compulsory course biochemistry as the breakthrough point of reform,further promote the clinical simulation practice and innovation based on OBE concept in the curriculum.
