Research on Strategies for Improving Rural Ideological and Political Teachers'Information Literacy in the New Era
Teachers'information literacy is the extension and deepening of teachers in the professional field,which has both the commonness of information literacy and the individuality of teachers'professional field.The level of rural education informatization lags behind the pace of urban education informatization construction,which affects the improvement of rural education quality.Therefore,ideological and political teachers in rural areas should pay more attention to their information literacy.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the information literacy of rural ideological and political teachers in the new era,and from the four aspects of changing the old ideas to improve the awareness of information literacy,building information technology learning platform to improve the learning environment,designing reasonable information technology training mechanism and evaluation index mechanism,and perfecting the mechanism for constructing teachers'ethics and safety in informatization,valuable suggestions are put forward to improve the information literacy of rural ideological and political teachers.
