信息技术助推高校教育管理的优化研究

摘要
随着信息技术时代的来临,高等教育信息化工作走上了转型之路,对于高校教育管理机制建设提出了新的机遇和挑战,如何提升管理工作整体质量和水平成为需求重点.结合教育管理信息化的时代背景,面对新趋势下人才需求的衍变,要求高校坚持以人为本、扬长避短、疏堵结合的原则,基于当前学生管理工作现状做出相应的调整,制定新的转型升级策略.通过优化开展教育管理信息化实践路径,以期推动高校教育信息化的进程.
Abstract
With the advent of the information technology era,the information work of higher education has embarked on the road of transformation,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the construction of the college education management mechanism.How to improve the overall quality and level of management have become the focus of demand.In combination with the era background of education management informatization,facing the evolution of person demand under the new trend,colleges and universities are required to adhere to the principle of people-oriented,developing strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and combining congestion,to make corresponding adjustments based on the current situation of student management,and to formulate new transformation and upgrading strategies.By optimizing the practical path of education management informatization,it is hoped to promote the process of education informatization in colleges and universities.
