新时代高校劳动教育家校社协同育人策略研究

摘要
为打破新时代劳动教育家校社协同育人面临的困境,实现高校应用型及复合型人才培养目标,构建劳动教育家校社协同育人体系,以政府为主导、以学校为主体、以家庭为主力,在统筹规划劳动教育协同育人的基础上,建设家校社合作联动的长效机制,优化家校社合作互动模式,创新家校社协同育人内容,实现社会、高校与家庭三方主体力量的有机联动,力求提高劳动教育实效性,增强学生劳动意识,提升其综合素质.
Abstract
In order to break the difficulties faced by the home-school-society cooperative university labor education in the new era,and achieve the goal of cultivating applied and composite talents in universities,a collaborative education system of home-school-society labor education is constructed.With the government as the leading force,schools as the main body,and families as the main force,based on the overall planning of collaborative education in the labor education,a long-term mechanism of home-school-society cooperation and linkage is constructed.The interactive mode of home-school-society cooperation is optimized,and the home-school-society collaborative education content is innovated,so as to achieve the organic linkage of the three main forces of society,universities,and families,strive to improve the effectiveness of labor education,enhance students'labor awareness,and enhance their comprehensive quality.
