摘要
在当前互联网发展的背景下,"互联网+"时代的先进管理技术体现了高效便捷管理的特点,越来越受到电商企业经济管理人员的青睐.电商企业利用互联网管理技术提高企业经济管理效率,建立新的管理模式是电商企业经济管理发展的一大趋势.文章围绕当前"互联网+"技术融入电商模式的经济管理模式进行研究,分析了"互联网+"发展背景下现代电商企业经济管理中存在的管理模式和制度不规范、缺乏高素质人才和管理能力低的问题,提出了相应的优化解决策略.
Abstract
In the context of the current development of the Internet,advanced management technologies in the"Internet plus"era reflect the characteristics of efficient and convenient management,and are increasingly favored by economic managers of e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,it is a major trend for e-commerce enterprises to use Internet management technology to improve their economic management efficiency and establish new management models.This paper focuses on the current economic management mode of"Internet plus"technology integrating into the e-commerce mode,analyzes the problems existing in the economic management of modern e-commerce enterprises under the background of"Internet plus"development,such as non-standard management mode and system,lack of high-quality talents and management ability,and puts forward corresponding optimization solutions.
