On the Realistic Challenges and Innovative Development of Employment Guidance Work for College Students from the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"
In the current situation of increasing employment pressure,the employment guidance work for college students has attracted attention from all sectors of society and has become a key factor in promoting the reform of higher education and teaching.The concept of"three comprehensive education"is an important guiding ideology for improving the quality and efficiency of university work.It highlights the holistic and systematic thinking of education from three perspectives:all employees,entire process,and all aspects.Applying it to the employment guidance work for college students can examine the current situation from a new perspective,where the enthusiasm of the participants in the employment guidance work for college students is low,each work link is an"isolated island",guidance content is rigid,and levels of guidance work are insufficient,which are all the practical problems.New practical strategies for the innovative development of college student employment guidance work under the problem orientation are proposed,which can form a high-quality employment guidance work system through the integration and development of"three comprehensive education"ideology and college student employment guidance work.
