A Study on the Innovation of Digital Model in College Student Management from the Perspective of Humanistic Care
With the widespread application of digital technology in higher education,the digital model of student management in universities has become an important trend in modernizing educational management.However,technology driven management models often overlook the humanistic care for individual students,thereby affecting the specific effectiveness of digital student management.To this end,it is necessary to build a digital student management model that emphasizes technical efficiency while also taking into account the personalized needs and mental health of students,promoting the close integration of student management and digital technology.Therefore,this article delves into the practical significance of humanistic care for digital student management in universities,and proposes an innovative digital student management model based on humanistic care by exploring the lack of humanistic care in current university student management.This provides reference and guidance for achieving more balanced and comprehensive digital student management.
