Exploration of Strategies for Improving the Entrepreneurship and Employment Ability of College Students from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education
In recent years,with the increasing number of college students,the employment and entrepreneurship pressure of graduates has also become increasingly high.To alleviate the pressure,universities have begun to strengthen teaching guidance on entrepreneurship and employment for college students,in order to improve their entrepreneurship and employment abilities and meet social needs.The integration of industry and education is the main way to effectively connect the talent chain,education chain,industry chain,and innovation chain,and is also the main demand for the structural reform of the talent supply side.It is of great significance for the current reform of education and teaching,and the expansion of entrepreneurship and employment.Starting from the basic requirements of the integration of industry and education for the education of entrepreneurship and employment ability in universities,this paper analyzes the problems faced by improving students'entrepreneurship and employment ability in terms of curriculum construction,faculty strength,professional structure,etc.,and proposes some targeted strategies,hoping to provide some new ideas for talent cultivation.
