新工科背景下高校辅导员职业成长路径研究
A Study on the Career Growth Path of College Counselors under the Background of New Engineering

摘要
随着新工科教育改革浪潮的掀起,面对"立德树人、全面发展"的时代新人培养趋势,对高校辅导员职业胜任力提出了更高的要求.辅导员应坚持以人为本的教育理念,强调协同育人机制的建立,注重教育方式的灵活多样,切实增强自身职业成长的内生动力.通过分析新时代高校辅导员职业价值取向新特性,从建立健全各项制度,深化系统培训,营造良好工作氛围,坚守育人情怀,潜心研究、用心服务,畅通辅导员职业发展渠道等六个维度就高校辅导员职业成长的优化路径展开研究.
Abstract
With the rise of the wave of new engineering education reform,facing the trend of cultivating new talents in the era of"cultivating morality,cultivating talents,and comprehensive development",higher requirements have been put forward for the professional competence of college counselors.Counselors should adhere to the people-oriented educational philosophy,emphasize the establishment of collaborative education mechanisms,pay attention to the flexibility and diversity of educational methods,and effectively enhance the endogenous motivation for their career growth.By analyzing the new characteristics of the professional value orientation of college counselors in the new era,this paper conducts research on the optimization path for the career growth of college counselors from six dimensions:establishing and improving various systems,deepening systematic training,creating a good working atmosphere,adhering to the nurturing sentiment,devoting oneself to research and serve wholeheartedly,and unblocking career development channels for counselors.
