摘要
高等职业教育为国家培养高素质技术技能人才,服务国家教育强国、科技强国和人才强国建设.高职院校在培养人才的过程中要重视学生创新创业能力培养和专业发展之间的融汇贯通,要从课程体系、课程教学、师资队伍和实践平台四个方面打造专创融合路径.高职院校专创融合模式构建能够促进人才培养质量的提升,加强人才和社会需求的契合度,推动国家创新驱动发展战略实施,服务经济社会发展.
Abstract
Higher vocational education cultivates high-quality technical skills talents for the country,which serves the construction of a powerful country in education,science and technology,and talent.In the process of cultivating talents,higher vocational colleges should attach importance to the integration between the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability and professional development,and build a path of integration of specialty and innovation from four aspects:curriculum system,curriculum teaching,teaching staff,and practice platform.The construction of integration mode of specialty and innovation in higher vocational colleges can promote the improvement of talent training quality,strengthen the fit between talents and social needs,promote the implementation of national innovation-driven development strategy,and serve economic and social development.
