野生美味扇菇菌株生物学特性及驯化栽培分析

以采自吉林省白山市野生美味扇菇菌株为试材,采用单因素试验与出菇试验相结合,优化培养基配方并对菌株进行驯化栽培.结果表明:美味扇菇菌丝生长的最适碳源为40g/L麦芽糖,最适氮源为2g/L酵母膏,最适无机盐为1g/L硫酸镁,最适pH为5,最适培养温度为25℃.驯化后的菌株与野外采集的菌株在菌丝体阶段和子实体阶段形态基本一致,可作为栽培育种材料使用.
Biological Characteristics and Domestication Cultivation Analysis of Wild Sarcomyxa edulis Strain
Use a wild Sarcomyxa edulis strain collected from Baishan City,Jilin Province as the material,and use a combination of single factor experiments and mushroom emergence experiments,to optimize the culture medium formula and domesticate the strain.The results showed that the optimal carbon source for mycelial growth was 40 g/L maltose,the optimal nitrogen source was 2 g/L yeast extract,the optimal inorganic salt was 1 g/L magnesium sulfate,the optimal pH was 5,and the optimal cultivation temperature was 25 ℃.The domesticated strains have similar morphology to the strains collected in the field during the mycelial and fruiting stages,and can be used as cultivation and breeding materials.
