Study on Optimization of Extraction Process of Astragalus Polysaccharides by Orthogonal Test
Astragalus was used as test material.Polysaccharides were extracted by water boiling and alcohol precipitation method.Orthogonal test was used to investigate the factors of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, and the ratio of material to liquid. The extraction rate of Astragalus polysaccharide was used as the test index to optimize the process conditions. The results showed that the extraction process of Astragalus polysaccharide was the extraction time 1.5 hours, the extraction temperature 100 ℃,the ratio of material to liquid 1∶6 g/mL,and 90%alcohol was precipitated overnight.Under this condition, the extraction rate of Astragalus polysaccharide was the highest, which was 2.85%.It is stable and feasible to optimize the extraction process of Astragalus polysaccharide by orthogonal test design, which provides a reference for the study of Astragalus polysaccharide extraction method.
