Research on the Collaborative Education Mechanism between Schools and Enterprises from the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"
In the context of the new era of education,"three comprehensive education"has gradually become the focus of comprehensive reform in higher education in China.As an important bridge connecting theory and practice,as well as schools and society,the optimization and innovation of the school enterprise collaborative education mechanism is particularly important.At present,collaborative education between schools and enterprises has made certain progress in practice,but there are still problems such as insufficient resource matching,inconsistent cooperation goals,and insufficient protection of student rights.These issues not only affect the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation,but also limit the implementation of the"three comprehensive education"concept.Therefore,this article proposes optimization strategies for the school enterprise collaborative education mechanism from four levels:resource collaboration,goal collaboration,guarantee collaboration,and adaptation collaboration.This provides a reference for promoting the school enterprise collaborative education mechanism to better serve the comprehensive development of students and achieve effective integration between education and social needs.
