摘要
人才是企业发展的核心力量,人才的培养与引进对促进经济社会的快速、稳定、可持续健康发展具有重要的意义.大学生就业难的问题已经成为一个突出的矛盾,因此,结合人才供给侧改革政策,加强对大学生的就业指导是解决就业难的有效途径.通过分析目前的人才供给现状,结合先进经验,提出相应的对策,以期为政府和企业解决人才供需矛盾提供参考.
Abstract
Talent is the core force of enterprise development.The cultivation and introduction of talents are of great significance to promote the rapid,stable,sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society.The problem of difficult employment of college students has become a prominent contradiction.Therefore,combined with the policy of talent supply-side reform,strengthening the employment guidance for college students is an effective way to solve the employment difficulties.By analyzing the current situation of talent supply,combined with the advanced experience,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the government and enterprises to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talents.
