"双一流"建设背景下数学类创新人才培养擢升路径——以安徽理工大学为例

为进一步深化教育教学改革,加强数学类创新人才的培养,增强学生社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力,全面提升教育教学水平和人才培养质量,该研究通过开展多样本前测调查,对328位有效样本进行大数据统计、分析、比较,得出数学类创新人才培养中存在培养模式创新不足、课程设置不够合理、师生交流渠道不够畅通、学生自我定位不够准确等方面的问题,进而有针对性地提出数学类创新人才培养的擢升路径.
Research on the Cultivation and Promotion Path of Mathematics Creative Talents under the Background of"Double First-Class"Construction——Taking Anhui University of Science and Technology as an Example
In order to further deepen the reform of education and teaching,strengthen the training of mathematical innovative talents,enhance students'social responsibility,innovative spirit,and practical ability,and comprehensively improve the level of education and teaching and the quality of talent training,by conducting diverse pre-test survey,this paper conducts big data statistics,analysis and comparison on 328 valid samples,have identified the problems that exist in the cultivation of mathematics creative talents,such as lack of innovation in training mode,unreasonable curriculum,not smooth communication channels between teachers and students,and inaccurate self-positioning of students,and then put forward the promotion path of mathematics creative talents cultivation.
