新工科背景下高校拔尖人才创新实践能力培养模式研究

摘要
在全球科技创新的浪潮中,新工科构想的提出标志着高等教育迈向更加灵活、前瞻的人才培养新纪元.通过对新工科背景下的高校拔尖人才创新实践能力构成进行解析,明确高校拔尖人才创新实践能力培养的重点和方向.针对当前高校人才培养模式存在的不足,高校应采取整合前沿技术,持续更新课程内容;建立多元化的教育体系,激发学生多学科多领域探索;深化与工业界的合作,提升学生创新实践能力;建立开放型创客实验室和创新平台,促进学生实践技能的提升等对策,形成具有地方特色的拔尖型人才培养模式.
Abstract
In the wave of global technological innovation,the proposal of the concept of"new engineering"marks a new era of more flexible and forward-looking talent cultivation in higher education.By analyzing the composition of innovative practical abilities of top talents in universities under the background of"new engineering",the focus and direction of cultivating innovative practical abilities of top talents in universities are clarified.In response to the shortcomings of the current talent cultivation model,universities should adopt the integration of cutting-edge technologies and continuously update course content;establish a diversified education system and stimulate students'exploration in multiple disciplines and fields;deepen cooperation with the industry and enhance students'innovative and practical abilities;establish an open maker laboratory and innovation platform and promote the improvement of students'practical skills,so as to form a distinctive model for cultivating top talents with local characteristics.
