摘要

会计是现代企业的核心,面对数智化时代下社会对会计人才创新创业能力的新需求,高校作为会计学专业人才培养的摇篮,亟需变革会计人才培养路径,以期解决人才输出与社会需求不平衡的矛盾.依托数字经济赋能,会计学专业应从改变传统培养目标入手,建立新"双师型"教学团队,优化重构课程体系设置,改进教学方式方法,搭建创新、实用、高效的实践教学平台体系,由此实现与数字经济时代并进.

Abstract

Accounting is the core of modern enterprises.In the face of the new society's demand for innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of accounting talents in the era of digital intelligence,colleges and universities,as the cradle of accounting professional talent cultivation,urgently need to change the accounting talent cultivation path,in order to address the imbalance between talent output and social needs.Relying on the empowerment of the digital economy,accounting majors should begin with changing traditional training objectives,establish a"new dual qualification"teaching team,optimize and restructure the curriculum system,improve teaching methods,and establish an innovative,practical,and efficient practical teaching platform system,thereby keeping pace with the digital economy era.
