新文科背景下本科院校工商管理专业数智化改革路径探索与实践

摘要
数智时代背景下,新科技革命和产业变革加速推进,对于工商管理专业而言,迎来重要机遇和严峻挑战,要求专业进行升级改进,以期适应企业管理创新以及业务发展的需求.基于新文科的战略视角出发,分析了工商管理专业的学科特点,阐述了新文科以及数智时代对工商管理专业人才培养的影响,最后从多角度提出了具体的实践改革路径.
Abstract
In the context of the digital intelligence era,the acceleration of the new technological revolution and industrial transformation has brought important opportunities and severe challenges to the business administration major.It requires the profession to be upgraded and improved to meet the needs of enterprise management innovation and business development.Starting from the strategic perspective of the new liberal arts,this paper analyzes the disciplinary characteristics of the business administration major,elaborates on the impact of the new liberal arts and the era of digital intelligence on the cultivation of business administration professionals,and finally proposes specific practical reform paths from multiple perspectives.
