Research on the Teaching Reform of Tennis Optional Course in Ordinary Universities from the Perspective of"Teaching,Diligence,and Regular Competition"
"Teaching,diligence,and regular competitions"is the latest guideline for school sports work in the new era.For the teaching of tennis optional course in ordinary universities,teachers are required to use this as a starting point to continuously promote teaching reform and innovation,in order to accurately improve the educational quality of tennis optional course.Starting from the analysis of the connotation of"teaching,diligence,and regular competition",this article elaborates on the mechanism of the coordinated promotion of these three,and finally starts from the three dimensions:clarifying the goal and direction;grasping the overall situation and planning scientifically;taking the pulse,implementing strategies,and carrying out the internal and external linkage,to propose specific practical measures and optimization paths,aiming to create a teaching environment with full participation,and improve the quality and efficiency of tennis optional course in universities.
