The Cultivation of Intercultural Communicative Competence of Business English Major Students based on Blended Teaching Model
With the Development of China's foreign exchanges and international economic and trade cooperation,the economic and cultural exchanges between China and other countries of the world are increasingly frequent,the work environment is increasingly diversified,and the importance of intercultural communicative competence highlights.In recent years,intercultural communicative competence has become a common concern in college education and one of the important goals of college business English talent cultivation.Faced with the challenges of new education goals and the opportunities of informational education,business English teaching should actively integrate modern information technology,comprehensively promote blended curriculum teaching practice,and cultivate students'intercultural communicative competence.Taking the course teaching of International Business Negotiation as an example,the blended teaching practice plan is proposed from the three aspects of pre-class,in-class and after-class,aiming at improving the teaching effect of business English and the educational quality of the course.
