伍德迷迭香精油成分分析及干旱胁迫对其精油含量和成分的影响

以伍德迷迭香为试材,对伍德迷迭香进行干旱胁迫处理,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油,GC-MS分析精油成分.结果表明:伍德迷迭香精油成分主要包括55种,其中α-蒎烯、莰烯、桉叶素、β-蒎烯4种成分含量总和占比超过50%.随着干旱胁迫时间延长,伍德迷迭香各处理精油含量均有所增加,20%田间持水量干旱胁迫12d,精油含量最高,达到1.45±0.06 mL/100g.20%田间持水量干旱胁迫24 d,α-蒎烯含量为34.44%±0.47%、莰烯含量为8.52%±0.21%、桉叶素含量为20.00%±0.62%、β-蒎烯含量为6.03%±0.09%.该研究可为迷迭香精油的生产提供参考依据.
Analysis of Rosmarinus officinalis var.wood Essential Oil Composition and the Effects of Drought on Its Essential Oil Content and Composition
Wood Rosemary was used as a test material for drought stress treatment,and the essential oil were extracted by water vapor distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that there were 55 essential oil compositions,among which the total content of α-pinene,camphene,eucalyptol,and β-pinene contains more than 50%.The essential oil content of Wood Rosemary increased with prolonged drought stress time.The highest essential oil content which presented in the 20%field water drought stress for 12 days reached 1.45±0.06 mL/100g.20%field water drought stress for 24 days,a-pinene reached 34.44%±0.47%,camphene 8.52%±0.21%,eucalyptol 20.00%±0.62%,and β-pinene 6.03%±0.09%.This study provides a reference for the production of rosemary essential oil.
