Leisure agriculture and rural tourism are important driving forces to realize rural revitalization and promote rural economic development.This paper empirically studies the impact and path of leisure agriculture and rural tourism on rural economic development by using the panel data of various cities in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2022,and through the intermediation effect test.The results showed that the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism could positively promote the development of rural economy.Leisure agriculture and rural tourism could promote rural economic development by adjusting rural industrial structure,increasing rural employment,and increasing the intermediation effect of agriculture-related fixed capital investment.There was regional heterogeneity in the impact of leisure agriculture and rural tourism on rural economic development.
