Innovation and Exploration of the"One-Stop"Student Community Education Management Model in Universities
Student communities are an important strategic choice for the development of higher education in China.Promoting innovation in the"one-stop"education management model of student communities is of great significance for improving education quality,meeting student needs,and promoting comprehensive development of students.Based on the era background of"one-stop"student community construction,this paper explores the value implications of innovative management models.Universities should lead the construction of student community platforms through the deep integration of the academy system and student communities,as well as the improvement of organizational design and the innovation of system construction;through strategic thinking,systematic thinking,and platform thinking to achieve functional expansion,mechanism innovation,and supply-demand matching,thereby achieving innovation in education management model.
