摘要

为适应经济新常态,突破经济与社会发展的各类制约因素,党中央提出以创新实现供给侧结构性改革的战略思想.当代大学生是创新主力军,高校应着力提升大学生创新创业能力,做好供给侧结构性改革的衔接工作.通过转变育人理念、调整课程结构、巧用学科竞赛、政校企协同合作等方式,有效提升大学生创新意识和创业实践能力,引导大学生参与科技创新创业,加快高校创新成果转化,为国家和社会供给高质量的中高端创新创业人才.

Abstract

In order to adapt to the new normal of the economy and break through various constraints on economic and social development,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has proposed the strategic idea of achieving supply side structural reform through innovation.Contemporary college students are the main force of innovation,and universities should focus on improving their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and do a good job in connecting supply side structural reforms.By changing the concept of education,adjusting the curriculum structure,skillfully utilizing subject competitions,and collaborating with government,school,and enterprise,it is effective to enhance the innovation awareness and entrepreneurial practical ability of college students,guide them to participate in scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship,accelerate the transformation of innovation achievements in universities,and provide high-quality mid to high-end innovation and entrepreneurship talents to the country and society.
