摘要

核心素养是辅导员所必备的品格与关键能力,体现出极强的职业性与专业性,具有深远的价值意蕴.面对新时代新征程赋予高等教育工作的新使命,高校辅导员必须不断提升职业能力核心素养,以期更好胜任辅导员工作.通过分析高校辅导员核心素养的六大构成要素:政治素养、道德素养、理论素养、管理素养、合作素养、媒介素养,从完善培训体系、健全一体化社会资源、实施科学化准入机制、常态化开展教育活动等方面提出了健全培育机制的具体举措,旨在推进辅导员核心素养提升.

Abstract

Core literacies are essential qualities and key abilities for counselors,reflecting strong professionalism and professionalism,and possessing profound value implications.Faced with the new mission entrusted to higher education work by the new era and new journey,college counselors must continuously improve professional abilities and core literacies in order to better perform the duties as counselors.By analyzing the six major components of core competencies of college counselors:political literacy,moral literacy,theoretical literacy,management literacy,cooperation literacy,and media literacy,specific measures to improve the cultivation mechanism have been proposed to improve the training system,improve integrated social resources,implement scientific access mechanisms,and carry out regular educational activities,aiming to promote the improvement of counselor core literacies.
