不同产地芡实重金属及有害元素含量测定与分析

以不同产地芡实为试材,采用微波消解和ICP-MS联用测定芡实中重金属及有害元素含量并进行分析,进一步完善其安全质量标准体系.结果表明:不同产地芡实重金属及有害元素含量均在参考标准限定范围内,符合《中国药典》中药材有害残留物限量的要求.微波消解和ICP-MS联用的测定方法操作简单、高效、结果准确,可用于芡实重金属及有害元素含量测定和质量控制分析.本研究可为芡实的质量控制和安全评价提供参考依据.
Determination and Analysis of the Contents of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Euryale ferox Salisb from Different Producing Areas
The contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in Euryale ferox Salisb from different producing areas were determined and analyzed by microwave digestion and ICP-MS,to further improve its safety and quality standard system.The results showed that the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in the samples from different producing areas were all within the limit of the reference standards and meet the requirements of the limit of harmful residues in Chinese herbal medicines in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The detection method using microwave digestion combined with ICP-MS was simple,efficient,and accurate,and it could be used for the determination and quality control of heavy metals and harmful elements in the Euryale ferox Salisb.This study provides a reference for the quality control and safety evaluation of Euryale ferox Salisb.
