An Empirical Study on the Influence of Binary Pressure on College Students'Subjective Well-Being
In order to explore the influence mechanism of college students'challenging pressure and blocking pressure on subjective well-being,as well as the mediating role of social interaction and the regulating role of coaching leadership,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 251 college students.The results showed that(1)Challenging pressure positively predicted college students'subjective well-being,while blocking pressure negatively predicted their subjective well-being;(2)Challenging pressure indirectly affects subjective well-being through the complete mediation of social interaction.(3)Coaching leadership can adjust the relationship between college students'challenging pressure and social interaction,thus affecting their subjective well-being.This study provides some enlightenment and references for relevant departments and universities to reduce the pressure on college students and enhance their subjective well-being.
