A Study on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of"Slow Employment"among College Graduates
In recent years,the employment problem of college graduates in China has become increasingly severe,and the phenomenon of"slow employmen"has become a key concern for all sectors of society,bringing many hidden dangers to China's economic construction and society.This article aims to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of the phenomenon of"slow employment",in order to alleviate the phenomenon of"slow employment"among college graduates.The article first analyzes the overall characteristics of the phenomenon of"slow employment"among college graduates,and elaborates on the influencing factors that cause this phenomenon from social factors,educational factors,and personal factors three levels.Subsequently,in view of the factors affecting employment development,countermeasures are put forward from four aspects:the development of private enterprises,employment guidance courses,psychological resilience and self-efficacy,and social learning dilution,providing a reference for promoting the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates.
